More Info
Brandon Roberts was born on August 23, 1988 and grew up in Durham, North Carolina. He was a huge Carolina Panthers from a young age and is still loyal to the team today. Perhaps that interest led him to seek out football opportunities. He started practicing early on and joined the Jordan High School football team where he ended his career ranked fifth of all players in Jordan High School history for career tackles. His number of career tackles? 269.

In addition to getting fifth in school history, Brandon Roberts picked up several honors for his high school football action. He earned honorable-mention all-conference honors, first-team FNFRDU honors, and was an All-regional team selection. He furthered his status by becoming an all-conference wrestler for a single season during his senior year.

After graduation from high school, Brandon Roberts joined the Brevard College football team. He spent a season there before realizing the team was not a good fit. He is now a North Carolina Tarheels football player. He enters the 2010 season as a sophomore, ready for action.

Outside of football, Brandon Roberts is known for a strong personality that would be suited for reality TV: he hopes to someday become a cast member on the MTV show "The Real World." He is majoring in exercise and sports sciences at North Carolina.
